It's ok.
I've been watching videos and planning for this for a while. There's plenty of that so I'll say my complaint is it doesn't always grab the hair. It seems to mostly work on one direction? As in turning the dial on one direction works better than turning it the other direction, and that was right out of the box. Trying to adjust the setting and will try troubleshooting with support. Maybe the dial is stuck, maybe I got a bad one.
Also, the hair does not end up smooth as it does in their promotional videos. That's completely fabricated, but I guess you can't show a frizzy hair model after using the most expensive hair dryer on the market.
It's also very hot. It's so hot even on medium heat I've burned myself several times. I was not expecting that. So it's very hot but takes a while to get the same results with a cheap hair dryer.
The design is light which is good because the box was heavy idk where all that weight was, it's not great value but it is what it is. The quality is low i suppose because mine doesn't seem to work out of the box and the app that goes with it is pretty crap. Forgot about that, it's a budget app. They should have integrated the tutorial videos with the Bluetooth, it would have made more sense I'm not sure why they didn't do that - I work in software. The speed isn't any faster. It's not easy to use, I think you need to already know how to blue out hair before you invest in this. There's technique that goes along with doing hair. People spend decades on their education it can't be replaced with a tool.
