I used this one time and it stopped working. We changed batteries multiple times and ultimately even checked the film even though it ruined it. Literally took just one picture and stopped working. Very disappointed as it was a birthday gift. Would never recommend instax.

I had an instax 9 but dropped it and it broke - the 12 takes significantly worse pictures! They have a blue tone and are washed out. It also won’t take a picture while it’s on and I need to keep turning it off and back on for it to work. I’ve had this for maybe 2 months and have used it 2-3x. The color also does not match the box and online photos.

Its okay but - 3 months ago
I got this camera about four months ago, and two months ago, it started "freezing," meaning it wouldn't take the photo even though it was on. I tried leaving it alone, clicking the button a few times, and changing the setting to close up, but it didn't work. After a few tries, it would work. A few days ago, I brought it out again, and it completely stopped working. Kinda upset about it cause I haven't even had it for a year.

I enjoyed this camera until it stopped working! I bought it a little over a year ago but it stopped working within a year. This is the second one I’ve used and both stopped working in a short timespan. It’s really a waste of money.
