We are “minimalists” and not very gadgety people, so we personally think video monitors for baby are expensive & not worth it.
This little thing is perfect for our needs. We can hear baby perfectly, even when we take it into the bathroom while showering. We can talk to each other through it or to baby if we need to (there is a “talk” button on the parent monitor that you can hold to talk to the one in the baby’s room, which is very helpful if we aren’t in a place that we can get to baby right away but we can talk to soothe him in the meantime)
It’s simple, it’s functional, easy to take along on trips, we love it!
