The Bluetooth will not stay connected it seemed to work well at home when I was extremely close to her, but once we went out into public it wouldn't stay connected! I don't know if it was being affected by all the other Bluetooth devices or what, but it did not work well at all and the price they charge I was very very upset! I would not purchase this item again or suggest it to anyone! They also would not give us a refund! Do not waste your money!

    The device has great vibration and wife says it is comfortable to wear. The remote works well. The app is 50/50. The local play in the remote works well. We can't get the long distant play to work at all. It constantly says we are both offline for some reason. I've sent a report in via the app as well as via email so we'll see if they get back to me. Long distance is what we bought this for so hopefully they will and I'll update this review.

    Update: customer service reached out to me and we are working on a resolution. Apparently it's a known issue for a small number of users and there is an app update on the way. Customer service has been very responsive and helpful.

    As a stand alone vibrator it’s great. Also fine to use with a partner in bed. I wanted it initially because I work out of town all the time and wanted a fun way to be intimate with my boyfriend from 100s of miles away.

    The app for your partner to use with it pairs for about 30 seconds and then constantly disconnects even if both of us are using WiFi with a strong connection. If you want this for the remote setting then just don’t. We even tried using the remote setting in the same room to see if the long distance was the issue but it failed after 30 seconds again.

    As far a a tandem toy it is nice though and my boyfriend says it feels good for him too when we use it. Battery has decent life as well.

    If you only purchase one vibrator get this one. I went through a pretty violent assault a few years ago and I have had a brain block about having an org**m ever since. Therapy and loads of other stuff didn't fix it. This has definitely retrained my brain. I feel like I just got part of my life back and I am so grateful for it.

    If you don't have that problem I can speak to the following:
    Intensity is a bit low, so if you need more of that, this item is not for you. It's comfortable to wear, and usable by yourself or with a partner. It's fun and useful for kegal work. It stays in place pretty well. You can get up and go for a walk if that appeals to you. I have one other item made by this company and they are both bad about dropping connection during local use if you stray very far from the phone, so take your phone with you if you wander around the house. I haven't used it remotely so I can't speak to that. It's a bit too loud to wear out in public unless you keep the settings down pretty low.

    I recently bought a Sync 2 for my partner to enjoy some long distance play as well as to make outings more exciting. This product seemed to fit the bill and we were both very excited to try it.

    Unfortunately, we have spent more time trying to get the product to connect than we have actually enjoying the product. The toy will constantly lose connection with our phones and the controller when there is a direct like of sight between the devices and the toy. To use it, I have to keep my phone or the provided controller on my partners lap otherwise I am unable to control it.

    I reached out to We Vibe customer support and the response they left me with was “Dropped Bluetooth connections are a common issue and you may need to connect it again manually“.

    We gave the toy a couple more chances and it seems like nothing we do is helping the connection problems and We Vibe refuses to rectify the issue as I believe we received a defective product.

    With sadness, I will be returning our Sync 2 :(
