  • Are your products compatible with View-Master products?
    • We have designed our products to be compatible with View-Master products. However, we cannot be sure that a viewer from another source will successfully work with our reels.
  • Why can I only use 7 images when there are 14 frames on the reel?
    • 7 is the number! You can have 7 images per reel. The images aren't repeating twice or extra spaces, instead, you see the same image directly across from one another because the way the viewer is designed requires you to look in with each of your eyes independently. Therefore, you need a left and right image for each frame, hence why you see 14 images.
  • What File Types can be used
    • JPG images are required. Other formats may cause errors uploading or poor image quality.
  • What is considered Unacceptable Image Content?
    • Because our product is a representation of a family friendly, nostalgic product, we have guidelines of what types of images we accept on a reel. Tasteful images are fine, but vulgar or images are not. This means, absolutely no images of below the waist private parts or in appropriate acts. If we feel your images do not fall within our guidelines, we will kindly ask you to change your photos or cancel your order.

    Super cool concept - a somewhat pricey but fun and unique customized gift. I made one for my brother and his wife of his proposal to her.

    The program that they use to edit and design your reel is simple and user friendly. It allows you to play with color, contrast, brightness and rotation as well as an option to add text (with varying fonts and sizes) to each frame). You are also given the option to add a photo that will go on the front of the reel you receive which is a nice touch.

    There were a couple things that were a bummer. One was that there are only 7 frames you are allowed to add photos to - the other 7 in the reel will just repeat the 7 you add. Its kind of a repetitive oddness when you click through. I wish for the price that they could at least include another 7 uploads.

    The other thing that was kind of eh was the shipping. It comes with free USPS ground, no tracking shipping - which is kind if scary if it gets lost. So, if you are paranoid like me it almost automatically makes you pay for the up charge of the $5 standard delivery. Made me a little frustrated - but I guess that's how they make their money!

    Besides that the experience so far has been great! Will update once I receive my reel!

    Received my reel on time. Dropped this in the viewer to review - everything looked vivid and each photo seemed to pop. My bro and his wife were truly touched with the extra thought and uniqueness this gift was.

I had a little difficulty creating the reel on my phone so I used a computer and it was much easier. Speaking of easy, creating your reel is very user friendly. If I can figure it out anyone can.

    My reel came in the mail very fast even with the free shipping option. Once it came in the mail I popped it in the viewer and it looked amazing. I cannot get over how crisp and bright the images look. The texts really pops with the 3D.

    I ordered a second reel and this one I created on my phone and it wasn't difficult with some patients. But the free shipping option was no longer there. But it was fine. I was given a coupon for signing up for the email newsletter.

    I bought this as a gift. First of all the box looked like it has been kicked around and sat on several times which made me have to go buy a different box to gift it in. The viewer itself was just a cheap, genetic viewer. I don't know exactly what I was expecting, but I did think it would maybe have something other than no decoration/logo/sticker on it... The film that you send in for us easy to create and pretty fun. I don't understand why you have to wait for the viewer to get delivered before you can get the code to order the film. That was a downfall. Overall it was just an okay gift. I gave it 3 stars because it is unique and it worked but I wouldn't buy another one.
