I finally had the opportunity to see the greatest rock stars. Alice Cooper made a great opening show. Def Leppard took it to the scenario and performed perhaps one of their best performances. Motley Crüe, definately needs to bring back Mick Mars to make it the original band members. Though the show itself was awesome, the only bad thing was the beginning of the show at 5:45 PM with a temperature of 102 F out in the open.
Saw them on the first night of the new tour in Atlantic City. Def Leppard was great. Played all the big hits plus a couple new songs. Sounded amazing. When they were done we waited for Motley Crue. And waited. It took almost an hour for their stage to be set up and by the time they started I was annoyed. The music was great but Vince really wasn't. Can't understand him, can't finish sentences, etc but if you ignore that and just enjoy the songs it was fun. My main complaint was the long wait between the bands.
