I will post your item out within 2 weeks using Royal Mail, you will be provided with a tracking code when it's been sent. Royal Mail will endeavour to deliver the item to you within 2-3 days. Many items are posted as signed for, please ensure someone is at the address to sign for the parcel.
If you are out when delivery is attempted , they will take it to the local sorting office where you can collect or re-arrange delivery.
They only hold parcels for 2 weeks before returning to the sender.
If a personalised item gets returned, the buyer will be responsible for paying return P&P costs. No refund can be given for this reason on a personalised item. It can take Royal Mail up to 1 month to return parcels within UK.

Please check all personalisation details before sending as mistakes cannot be rectified once the item has been embroidered.

Custom and personalised orders can not be returned for a refund or exchanged unless an error has been made or the item is faulty. Prior to embroidery a design will be sent for approval. Once the design has been approved by the customer any errors in the embroidery detail will not be a valid reason for a return. All items are photographed prior to dispatch.
