The bike is very sturdy and quiet, I really like it overall but do have some complaints: 1. The instructions(#3) say to line the hole in the handlebar tube up with the hole in the neck and attach the handlebar bracket. There is NO hole in the tube and the hole in the neck has been covered over with a piece of metal. I spent 45 mins on the phone with a very nice associate. We came to the conclusion that the instructions are wrong and the handlebar bracket is held in place by the force of that piece of metal pushing against the tube. I am concerned that the connection won't be strong enough to support my weight when biking standing up but so far, so good. 2. There is an annoying cord that only serves the purpose of plugging in the monitor. I wish that had a battery option. 3. The monitor only displays stats from the current workout so no way to keep track of total miles ridden and other long-term stats.

I used to ride a Schwinn at gym's since 1999, never had any issue with the length of the seatpost until now. It is too short for a 6' 2" rider, Schwinn does not provide a longer seatpost.

Although I am a member at a gym, I wanted the flexibility of having a bike at home for times I can't make classes, end up working late, etc.. I looked into a few options and ultimately decided on the Schwinn IC4 for a few reasons. First, I have it set up in my garage and I like that it's a bit more compact without the big screen. I also like that I can access several apps to use with my iPad and don't have to worry that if the screen stops working, it's rendered useless (or just harder to use). I also find the angle of the iPad positioning on the IC4 is much more comfortable to my neck. It was very easy to put together by myself, and I've taken several on-demand classes - both through the free JRNY app and my gym's app - and the quality of the bike and the classes feels just like what I get at the gym. My only complaint and why I gave it 4 starts is the placement of the two water bottle holders doesn't really work- my knees hit the bottle any time I stand up during the ride, so I had to get a side table to hold my water. It's not the end of the world, but if Schwinn could come up with a replacement option to allow the water bottles to be more vertical, I think it'd be an easy switch out to make. Overall, very happy and would definitely recommend!

After decades of loyal service, I finally had to retire my Monark indoor bike (a no-frills beast, built like a Sherman Tank). What to replace it with? I dislike Peloton Interactive Inc. Don't need no stinkin' apps and subscriptions. I just need to GO GO GO and all roads led to the Schwinn IC4. It arrived well-packaged and the video aided in a fast assembly. I ditched the extraneous accessory pieces (water bottle/weight brackets, etc). The IC4 was exactly what I was looking for... a no-nonsense bike in its simplicity, small footprint, and stability. The bike is rock solid, offering a quiet smooth ride into the years ahead.

Overall, it is well-designed and easy to use. I like the basic features (I was not looking for a lot of bells and whistles) and a place to put my iPad. I wish there was a way to store my workouts (without paying extra for this). Also, the handlebar pole is a bit loose and there seems to be no way to tighten it.

I love my new Schwinn. Pre-pandemic I regularly went spinning at my local YMCA. I'd been thinking of buying a spin bike for years, but was concerned with the cost and questioned whether I'd consistently use it. I'm so happy with my Schwinn. It's sturdy, quiet, and gives me me a good workout. I like the fact that I can use my iPad to watch spin class videos. One slight negative is that the seat height is challenging to adjust. #sweepstakes

I use this bike for cardio when the weather for riding outside is not optimum. It is an excellent bike - built well, easy to adjust and easy to manage the resistance. I really appreciate the small computer which records speed, distance, heart rate, rpm and other features. Highly recommended.

It's been awhile since I've done cycling as my workout. I requested the setup service which was a breeze. He was in and out under an hour and was very prompt during the agreed day/time. The bike itself is quiet and smooth. I'm getting to know the JRNY app and classes. I wish they had some better backgrounds but have enjoyed how the classes are pushing me. I was originally going to buy a peloton when I saw that other people use this as a less expensive alternative for home cycling. The bike was really simple to set up on my own. I love that it is Bluetooth compatible with multiple different apps so I'm able to switch from a quiet, pretty JRNY ride to a motivational peloton one. It doesn't take up much room, makes only a quiet whirring noise, and keeps me moving. I love having a bike at home that I can just hop on whenever I feel like getting a ride in. Great bike for everyone, but especially people who live in climates where you can't ride a bike outside year round and motivation to make the dark, snowy drive to the gym is at an all time low.

Bike broke after 8 months, warranty only 6 months. Cheap plastic feel, batteries leaked. Not relible or good quality. Save money, get something with longer warranty.

I ride my IC4 every other day for 45 min. Best over all exercise bike I've ever had (also most expensive). Bike is very quiet and smooth and well made. Closes to road riding in an exercise bike. I'm 75 years old and have ridden a bike continuously since I was 6. I've used indoor exercise bikes of various styles for 40 years. I love the Schwinn IC4 well worth the investment.
