Calphalon 13-Piece Nonstick Kitchen Cookware Set with 2 Frying Pans, Saucepan, Stockpot, Saute Pan, Glass Lids, and Stay-Cool Handles, Black

These are great pans, and the non-stick feature is amazing. We no longer have any need to use non-stick spray. Things just slide right off the pans. I do wish that the steamer and colander insert was better designed. If the steamer basket would have an inner gasket about an inch or so up the side that matched the diameter of the bigger of the two saucepans then I would be able to use it to boil a smaller amount of water and steam something like broccoli or green beans quickly. Having to always use the largest pot for steaming is a bit of a pain. I do not find the huge colander insert to be very useful so far because I would have to carry it across the countertop to my sink to avoid leaving a ton of water on my cooktop.

Upgraded to Calphalon Premier with a few additional Signature pieces. Best move I ever made. I am not a “gourmet chef” for sure, but I do enjoy cooking for myself and others. This Calphalon cookware makes cooking a pleasure. I like the sturdy feel and durable non-stick surfaces. Cleanup is easy and all pieces do well in the dishwasher. Can’t say enough how pleased I am with this purchase. I would recommend any and all Calphalon Premier and Signature cookware to anyone who enjoys spending time in their kitchen preparing food. An excellent choice for the novice to the experienced cook.

Really good and easy to use. My relative ask me that is it worth it to buy this much expensive cookware? I said 110% worth it than others.

I will say this, though; if you really use metal utensils and wash them in the dishwasher they don’t really last a long time. But, it doesn’t REALLY matter, because they will just send you new stuff when it wears out

I love that the hardness of the minerals doesn't scratch very easily! This is hands down the best set anyone could buy! My whole kitchen is Calphalon! I won't use any other brand of cookware or cutlery!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this set for my Step Daughter who I also called my Girl Child. She is a single Mother of two daughters of her own. She asked me for a set of good pots and pans for Christmas that are also non stick. I don't use non stick so I wasn't sure where to start searching. In the search I found a large amount of brands out there with high claims for their product but when I found this set it wasn't the maker that made the most hype about the product. It was the customers. Of course, there were a few that weren't satisfied as expected. I looked at what felt like a thousand different sets however none had such consistent positive reviews as this brand. She has had nothing but great comments about her pots and pans so when I looked the set over I was impressed with the quality of the product and I am very glad that I went with Calphalon. I would highly recommend this product and it definitely will be my first go to on any other cookware searches. We lost her Dad 3 years ago and she is not my blood child but she means all the same to me. I am excited to keep adding to the set that she loves.

I bought this set 2 years ago nonstick substance peaked off the pots. Quality questionable.

We purchased this set to replace our older Calphalon Contemporary nonstick set(s). Expectation was newer product improved nonstick technology, can now use metal utensils, dishwasher safe, etc. 10inch fry pan covered with scratches as is the 8 qt stock pot. We use nylon and wooden utensils exclusively, never metal. Not what I was expecting, Contemporary cookware was more durable and resistant to scratching and wear.

I had this product for a year but up & left the ex in Texas for abusive reasons, along with my cookware. Worse mistake leaving it behind. Need a new set now.
