Q: Is it normal for the base to get warm/hot while charging?And how long does a full charge last?

A: The battery length for this device will be about 3 hours on a full charge depending on what settings it is being used at. Also, when charging, the device can get a little warm but shouldn't be getting too hot by any means. This is our fourth Hyperice product and we have not been disappointed yet. This HyperVolt is a great product for on the go. Easily travels in a carry on, gym bag, or hockey bag for whenever it is needed. The percussion matches that is the full size gun. The battery lasts! Great product and highly recommend.

Best purchase I’ve made. As an athlete I use this ALL the time. It’s easy to travel with too. I would definitely recommend buying this for muscle recovery. The settings are nice in that it’s not too much vibration like some other massage devices.

I snagged one of these for use on the go, and just at home. It's nice and compact and has 3 speeds that are perfect for my needs. Rarely do I ever use the highest setting. It gets the job done!

This mini version of the hypervolt pro is great for travel and still gives a powerful massage. As a physical therapist, I have used a lot of massage guns and hyperice is one of the best out there. Great battery life, consistent and strong percussion. The other “cheaper” brands aren’t half as strong on their highest setting. I use this on ski trips or for a quick recovery after working out too!

I love this thing, I always travel with it. It doesn’t take up a lot of room has great battery life and super effective. Wish it came with a case but other than that no negatives about this massage gun. If you train while on the road or travel a lot for work this will be one of your travel essentials.

Item works great and is one of the strongest massage tools I’ve utilized. Really packs a punch for its size. Only wish it had longer battery life, although it’s forgivable. It only comes with one pointy and one flat head, but they’re capable of enough to get by without others.

So easy to use, convenient size to travel, great for any post activity recovery. Really great for just about anyone who wants something for pinpoint massaging. Haven’t found a great use for the more pointed tip, seems a bit intense, but the broad one works great. Not sure what else you’d want in a massage gun. Get one ASAP to get recovering faster.
