I’m frustrated by a huge design flaw: the connection between the ear pads and the head band traps hairs and pulls them out. The headphones themselves are fine, but for this much money I’d like to keep my hair!

I appreciate the quality sound of the music. I feel immersed with the music. However I don’t enjoy using these headphones for phone calls. It kinda seems like everything around me is louder than me when on a call and it’s sometimes hard to hear myself speaking. I digress as I purchased these headphones to play music not for calls. Overall though love these!!!

These headphones are great for listening to music, movies, but the mic is terrible. It goes in and out and people have a hard time hearing me. Expected the battery to last a bit longer than it normally does. The style and design is beautiful but the mic piece needs some work. Looking to buy new headphones now because I can’t use the beats to talk on the phone with my Bluetooth.

Bought in November. Headband broke in Dec. Beats wouldn’t cover defect but we had bought the protection plan. Let’s just say these headphones broke in the SAME PLACE THREE TIMES! There was a defect in the pair. Protection plan won’t replace pair of headphones and cannot fix them again and will reimburse partial costs for replacement pair. Be weary if you buy these and def invest in the protection plan, it was worth it.

I waited so long for these because I wanted to get them at a discount. I'm so glad I got them!! The sound quality is great, I have small ears so they fit comfortably & snugged so it doesn't feel like I have to be careful around them. I tested out how good the noise canceling is with my TV & it was better than I expected. Even if these aren't at a discount, they're definitely worth the money.

I love these headphones! I’ve had them for about 3 years now and the sound still bumps like new. I do have slight staining on the inner ear cuffs because I workout in mine, but that’s reasonable. These can charge with any usb charger (doesn’t have to be beats brand) and they charge just as fast, with the original charger or not!!!! Definitely would recommend

Gave these to my daughter for Christmas and the plastic broke already where they fold. They have been good headphone other than cheap plastic at the folding area. Needs better reinforcement there for how hard they are to snap into the fold position.

These are great headphones. Only negative, is they do not come with a charging block. Maybe spend a little less on the amazing packaging and throw in a complete charger. I would recommend these in spite of this. The sound and fit are perfect
