This collection features three of the company's fresh filled pastas and two sauces – all handmade using traditional recipes and the highest-quality ingredients. We also included a wedge of Pecorino Romano cheese to grate on top. The fresh pastas cook quickly, so you can enjoy a hearty, delicious meal any night of the week.

Ricotta & Spinach Grandi Tondi: Pillowy round pasta is prepared with delicate egg-yolk dough, then filled with hearty spinach, luscious ricotta and Grana Padano D.O.P. cheese. (8.8 oz.)

Four Cheese Italian Tortellini: Handcrafted, hat-shaped pasta is filled with rich blend of creamy ricotta and mozzarella, tangy Parmigiano-Reggiano D.O.P. cheese and Grana Padano D.O.P. cheese, and classic spices. (8.8 oz.)

Sweet Butternut Squash Ravioli: Northern Italian favorite includes amaretti cookies for festive spice, plus rich and flavorful blend of Grana Padano D.O.P. cheese, Parmigiano-Reggiano D.O.P. cheese and ricotta cheese. (8.8 oz.)

Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce: Classic Southern Italian sauce showcases bright flavors of ripe tomatoes, sweet basil and extra-virgin olive oil. (8 oz.)

Porcini Mushrooms Pasta Sauce: Italian porcini mushrooms lend earthy flavor to this Piemontese-style sauce, made with onions, garlic and plenty of fresh cream. (8 oz.)

Pecorino Romano: Aromatic, salty and sharp sheep's milk cheese is ideal for grating over pasta. (12 oz.)

Crate: Reusable crate is made of wood. (16 1/2" x 13" x 6 1/2" high; 2 lb.)

Receiving Instructions

• Products ship with ice packs to arrive chilled. 
• Upon receipt, store pasta and sauce in refrigerator for up to 14 days, or in freezer for up to 45 days. 
• Store cheese in refrigerator for up to 2 months. 

Serving Instructions

• Pasta: Add pasta to 4 qt. salted, boiling water. If refrigerated, boil gently for 3–4 minutes. If frozen, boil gently for or 4–5 minutes. Once pasta is cooked, use slotted spoon to remove from water. Toss with melted butter, extra-virgin olive oil or your favorite sauce. Sprinkle with grated Pecorino Romano.
• Sauce: Gently warm over low heat.

• Pasta: Wheat flour, durum wheat semolina, pasteurized eggs.
• Filling: Ricotta cheese (cultured whey, cream, salt), butter, Grana Padano cheese (cow's milk, salt, rennet), spinach, beet, rice flour, lactose, potato flakes, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, natural yeast, salt), wheat fiber, salt, yeast extract.

• Filling: Ricotta cheese (cultured whey, salt, citric acid), Grana Padano D.O.P. (milk, salt, rennet, lysozyme), butter, mozzarella cheese (pasteurized cow's milk, salt, rennet), rice flour, Parmigiano-Reggiano D.O.P. (milk, salt, rennet), potato flakes, whey powder, wheat fiber, salt, spices. 

Sweet Butternut Squash Ravioli

• Pasta: Soft wheat flour, pasteurized eggs, durum wheat semolina.
• Filling: Butternut squash, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, natural yeast, salt), butter, "amaretti" biscuits (sugar, apricot kernels, egg whites, lactose, milk protein, sodium hydrogen carbonate [leavening]), salt. 

Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce

• Tomato, onion, extra-virgin olive oil, salt, basil.

Porcini Mushrooms Pasta Sauce

• Heavy cream, tomato, onion, water, porcini mushrooms, white wine, butter, extra-virgin olive oil, garlic, xanthan gum. 

Pecorino Romano

• Sheep's milk, salt, lamb rennet, lactic starter.
