- A: AnswerFirst, you'll need the Galaxy Wearable app if you don't already have it, this will allow you to customize your ambient and noise cancelling controls and what method you want to use to activate them. The app will need to connect via bluetooth to your earbuds in order to access this function, and the instructions for doing this come with the earbuds in their original packaging case. Once you have your earbuds connected to the app, you'll have to have them turned on and in your ear in order to customize the ambient and noise cancelling options. From there, you'll want to access Touch Controls which will take you to a section that allows you to determine what you want each tap/hold/double tap/triple tap to activate on your earbuds. If you'd prefer not to change those settings, you can also open the app any time that you want ambient or noise cancelling and select which one you want while you have the earbuds in. Active noise cancelling only works when you have both earbuds in, so if you're trying to cancel noise with only one earbud in, it won't work.

The name says it all!!
The name says it all. The galxy pro buds 2 are definitely pro quality in their build as well as the sound they can produce, or block with their active noise canceling feature turned on. They are packed with features they let you take advantage of any situation with easy touch controls, long battery life and seamless pairing with your already favorite galaxy devices. Don't worry about leaving them behind with the remind when left behind feature turned on, your sure not to lose them and have to make another purchase to replace. Their is so many features to use and try you will have fun just trying them all out, enhanced listening mode magnifies low level background noises so your sure not to miss anything from someones whisper or even if you were game hunting out in the woods. These are definitely the buds that fit your needs in every way

Great sound quality
What I liked: - Fantastic sound quality and the noise cancellation is fantastic when you're listening to music or watching something. Completely drowns out any bass or noise coming from the street or the bedroom next to mine. - Super portable. I got a case with a clip that goes around my belt loop for easy access. - Recognizes if your buds are actually in your ears. If your earbuds fall out, the music pauses. - Controls are great— tap once to play/pause, tap twice to skip a song, hold down to increase or decrease volume. Incredibly easy and convenient. - Includes additional rubber ear pieces in case the default size is too small/big. - Type C port, so super easy to find a compatible charger. - No connection issues at all. Bluetooth signal is strong and stays connected the whole time. - Love that the color matches my Samsung phone. What I disliked: - Hurt my ears initally, had to get used to them. I was a little rough when putting them in and my ear over and over again at work and the cartilage in my ear hurt for a few days. After that, no pain. - Causes my ears to be occasionally itchy. I know some people have allergic reactions to the materials, and I might have a small sensitivity. Not bad enough for welts or a rash, just a small itch while/after using them. - The default rubber ear pieces may not be big enough to stay in my ear. The software does a scan to see if the earbuds have a good fit in your ears, and even though it says mine do, they still fall out sometimes. I'm going to try to size up the ear pieces and see if that gets them to stay. - Not the most secure in the default/a lighter case. If you're clumsy like me, I would recommend getting a heavier duty case that locks. I have a lighter case on mine and I dropped them maybe 5-10 feet while at work. There was no damange, but both buds completely fell out of the case despite the magnets holding them in. Invest in something heavier if you're worried about losing them.
