    I don’t have the Korean picasso version to compare against but this one looks like a good dupe, it’s solid and smooth; honestly it’s a pretty simple tool. I ordered this brand bc of the price. Right after I ordered this I saw one in Daiso (for cheaper lol) and I couldn’t wait so I bought it too. They are basically the same but this one is a teensy bit slimmer than the one from daiso, the blade thickness is the same (I say blade but they are obviously blunt) but the daiso one is a hair wider. I can’t tell than the slight difference in size makes any difference in use.

    I will say I was surprised at how much I loved using the spatula technique to apply liquid foundation, it makes a little go a long way. I think the key is prepping the skin so it is smooth and moisturized so the spatula can glide easily. I feel like it made applying foundation way faster too? And it was more evenly applied? I know people are using the spatula to spread a thin layer of foundation and then going over with a beauty blender or sponge but I think it’s unnecessary, using my fingers to blend out the edges seemed to be enough.

    Also, this tool is super hygienic, I’ve been wiping mine with rubbing alcohol before and after use, so also an upgrade over a sponge. Super easy to add to a makeup bag, and unlike a sponge I’m sure it’ll last forever too.

    I’d say try the technique out, and if you don’t like using it this could double as a letter opener, mini frosting spatula, or soft cheese knife lol

    So I bought this one on Amazon and I also bought the original one from Olive Young, the one by Picasso. I will say considering how this item is $6 and the Korean one is $19, it's significantly cheaper. It's not as thin as the Korean brand but it still gets the job done. It's applies really smooth and gives you buildable coverage. I took off one star because it applies a little thicker than the Korean one and because it took too long to ship, took like a month.
