<span itemprop="description">I bought this set because I wanted to try matcha for the first time. The shake tumbler seemed easier/simpler to use and clean than the whisk and bowl method. This set was great! I also liked that I got to try three new flavors at once, especially since one was a more dessert flavor (vanilla) and one a fruity one (peach).</span>

<span itemprop="description">The set is super cute, the cup is easy to clean, and the matcha is delicious! Just a couple design complaints: the lower part of the lid is difficult to put on - it doesn't slide in but has to be popped into place. And getting the powder into the tins was a bit of a mess...the bags clearly weren't designed to be squeezed into a small space so they had ripped in a few places, meaning we had to open them over a bowl and try to transfer all the loose, fallen powder from there into the tins, losing some in the process.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Love the matcha, but I won’t drink from the matcha maker because it leaks a bit. I just use to mix and transfer to a different cup. Does a great job to quickly mix matcha though, without a matcha whisk.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I am disappointed in this matcha kit. The mug does not froth the matcha no matter how much you shake it, and the matcha teas are very weak. Even adding double the recommended amount from the recipe, it still makes a weak, frothless matcha. I would not recommend buying this product, especially since it isn't exactly cheap.</span>

<span itemprop="description">So far, the matcha tastes awful. I have tried the vanilla and matsu. Reviewers said Peach was the best, but we'll see.... The shaker bottle is a great concept, but the silicone pad that is glued to the bottom makes it wobble when on the countertop. This is a bad accident waiting to happen-probably all over my laptop or important documents.</span>

It is not glass, but plastic. They do offer a stainless steel option on occasion, so keep checking back for when it is available again. That is the one I have had for years and absolutely love it. &nbsp; ~L.

This Matcha set is wonderful, and yes you can make &quot;iced&quot; matcha simply by making it according to the directions, hot, then pouring the matcha over ice and even adding your creamer of choice to make it a latte. I hope this helps, and pray you enjoy it as much as I have. &nbsp; ~L.
