The shine that this gives my hair is incredible I’ve gotten so many compliments in how shiny and healthy my hair looks!! The smell can be a little overwhelming at times, the initial spray has kind of a funky smell, but once it sits in your hair I found that I like it, but I can see that it’s definitely not for everyone. Would definitely buy again!

Honest review
I preface this with the fact that I have naturally curly hair that is coarse and thick. (Picture 1 is of my hair on a “normal” day. ) I read several complaints about fragrance. It does have a fragrance. I can see how some may not like it. I’m fine with it. Has an underlying black pepper scent. I Don’t find it unpleasant. It’s an aerosol so, yup, spray and hold your breath like you would hairspray. It’s a “protein” spray so I did expect it to make my hair feel a little stiff I used it exactly as recommended. I did pair it with the IGK Expensive Clear Gloss Too Coat in the shower. My hair dried in 50% of the time it normally takes so that is a plus. I used a brush blowdryer. I think it did what it is suppose to do. Why it gets 3 stars is that the claims it makes are unrealistic. I cannot just walk out the door after blowdrying. It’s a frizzy mess. (Picture 2) (Although better than what it would be without it ) I will still need to flat iron it. I’m in my late 50’s and have tried virtually every product imaginable in my 59 years I think it earns 3 stars. It’s an average product with unreasonable claims for me. 3rd picture is after flat iron and no other products used on it yet. I typically use a moroccan oil after
