Founded in 1895, Schwinn is an American icon, building some of the best-known and best-loved bicycles of all time. From its very beginning in Chicago, Illinois, the Schwinn mission has been to develop bicycles that allow people to experience the confidence and freedom that comes from riding a bike. The Schwinn Roadster Kid's Tricycle is designed with a retro look and a steel trike frame, and its low center of gravity makes it easy to ride and perfect for young riders. Its adjustable sculpted seat moves forwards and backwards with five lock-in positions, making it ideal for growing legs or different family members. The rear deck is made of genuine wood with burnt-in Schwinn logo, while the scalloped chrome fenders provide a fashionable ride. A safety flag is included for added visibility. Take to the streets in style with mustache-style cruiser bars and a classic bike bell. Flowing fabric tassels make this a great gift for kids who love classic biker style.     My toddler lives his first bike!! The bell is his favorite, but he loves to put his favorite stuffed bunny on the back! Seat is adjustable, id recommend for any 3-5 year old!

      Our family has had a very heavy duty Trek tricycle that lasted us through 3 of our 4 children. Unfortunately the wheels were plastic and eventually fell apart and we had to throw away the Tricycle. Therefore we have been looking for a good replacement for a few months now. The Schwinn tricycle seemed like a good option based on the specs that we were able to see on Amazon, however the negative reviews gave us pause and therefore we never went through (multiple times) with making the purchase. Finally because we were unable to find anything else comparable to what we had we pulled the trigger and purchased the Schwinn tricycle. I am so glad we did and should have the 1st time I went to purchase it. The bike is definitely heavy duty metal- that of what you would expect in a bike. So no, this bike is not super light but is also good because your children cannot easily tip it over and it will stand up to the beating many of these Tricycles will get while being used by young children.The wheels are rubber and are inflated with a standard bike pump and replaced like a normal bike tire with a tube which is definitely a plus in this bike which you don't always see another Tri cycles. The seat is extremely adjustable so my 16 Month old son and four-year-old daughter can both ride it with ease. In addition to being a quality and well constructed item it is also a very attractive looking bike and true to picture. the bell and streamers arecand added bonus and fun for the kids. If any of you are hesitant based on other reviews you have read I would disregard. Coming from a mom of 4 who has gone through for fair share of bikes and riding equipment this is definitely a quality product and I would not hesitate to buy it again. Personally, I would rather buy something of quality that I can had for years to com versus something super cheap that's going to just fall apart and end up in the trash in the next year like many of children's toys. I also felt the price was extremely fair for what we got.

      I bought this for my grandson's 2nd birthday. Quality is nice. My son in law assembled it with no complaints. I purchased this because of the fact it’s a low rider and has a high back seat which makes it much safer for a child to ride. Most trikes tend to tip over too easily and don’t have a nice high back seat like this for safety. With that being said….my grandson just turned 2 and even tho the seat is adjustable to reach the peddles he is not quite big enough to ride it because he can’t reach them. So I think that this would be much better for a 3 year old or even 2 1/2 year old unless you have an over average tall child. Still love it tho and he will grow into it. I would definitely buy it again and will be doing so down the road for both another grandson and granddaughter.

      We have had this trike for a few months now and my daughter loves it - she is turning 3 soon and she learned to pedal on this. We always get comments on the cool-looking bike, too.
      I think she got on before we fully tightened the nuts and we ended up losing a couple of screws and a bolt connecting the back to the main frame. I did not remember sizes, so contacted customer service for information - they mailed out the missing parts immediately and a few days later we had a safe bike again. I recommend this Schwinn tricycle to anyone.

      Mi principal problema con este triciclo es el precio, es más caro que otras marcas ya conocidas que puedes encontrar en tiendas en México (por ejemplo Apache) y a pesar de ser más bonito por tener llantas inflables un asiento ajustable, hay detalles que no me convencen del todo.

      La llanta de enfrente en mi caso vino ligeramente torcida, no afecta el funcionamiento pero es algo que no he visto que pase con otros triciclos.
      Las llantas traseras se ensamblan por uno mismo y el sistema de sujeción es relativamente simple pero, si se aprietan demasiado las llantas serán demasiado duras al girar y si se aprietan poco se siente un poco frágil y no queda tan fijo el guardafango.
