A: Correct, if you open one door the other will open. if that doesn't happen , it's broken.

A: Not sure where you see the drawer line in this manual but to answer your question To stop cooking, press START/STOP. The unit will beep and display “StOP”. Press again within 3 seconds to resume cooking.

Do not buy! The dial is defective and renders the oven useless after about a year! Things are made like complete crap these days and this item is one of them. Very sad because it cooks fine but the dial does not work and you cant select what you need to cook without spinning it over and over again hoping to get lucky that it lands on your selection…Ridiculous

This particular toaster oven/ air fryer is set for Celsius instead of ferenhite. Called the manufacturer 3 separate time to get help to change the temperature setting back to ferenhite and no body can help me.

This air fryer is dangerous. It’s burned me and my husband on the hands countless times because of the way the doors slam closed, and they are actually scorching hot from the fryer. Another thing I hate is there is no catcher for the frying basket which sucks to use outside of the fryer because it gets crumbs and oil everywhere, and sucks inside the fryer because the droppings can fall onto the heating element. This actually needs to be taken off the market it is such a hazard.

This air fryer was a little challenging to use right out of the box... it just required a careful touch of the knob that adjusts EVERYTHING. That became increasingly problematic until, right after the warranty expired, it rendered the unit nearly useless. Sure, it was officially a couple of weeks out of warranty, but the company could have stepped up. I'll never buy another Gourmia product.

I am very pleased with this oven. I haven't had any major issues when cooking. The food cooks week and tastes great! I prefer the double door over the pull-down door. I just wish they would design a baking tray that is easy to clean! I recommend it.

Couple of bad design choices. 1) The metal portion behind the handle (I.e door edges) gets really hot. So you have to be really careful when opening the door using the handle. You could burn your fingers. 2) the preset and the temp and time choices don’t get saved. You have to choose every time you operate.

After just several weeks of use, the controls on the air fryers stop functioning properly, to the point where it can take several minutes to set the temperature and cook time. After calling Gourmia and requesting a warranty exchange, I had a new air fryer shipped to me, but the exact same thing occurred again. I’ve had to request a warranty replacement three times, with each air fryer having the same issue within the same period of time after use. This air fryer is great when it works, but there is clearly a design issue that Gourmia does not seem willing to address. This could be a great product if they fix the design issue that causes the control panel to become unusable; until then, I I would recommend you stay away from this product altogether.

Does a great job cooking, but I have a couple of dislikes. I've had this 4 weeks and already the button text is rubbed off. Also, the doors close aggressively if you don't open all the way, and when it's hot it leads to burns.

This toaster literally works for a few months and then stops working. The screen and dial don’t work and you can’t get the temperature above 350 degrees. They sent me a new one after the first one broke and then second one did the same thing a few weeks later. I reached out and they said because they sent me a second one its “no longer in warranty” LOL
