Great tasting water. Awful customer service, like virtually none.

Great tasting water. Awful customer service, like virtually none.
I've been using this filter pitcher for six months. Water tastes great. Because I haven't had the water independently tested, I can't say if it's really filtering out what it says it does, specifically PFOA and PFOS chemicals. The pitcher itself is well designed, except it consistently dribbles water all over the floor or counter if tipped past about 45° when pouring; and at 45°, it's a VERY, VERY SLOW POUR.The other design flaw is in the Filter Alert system. The Advanced Filter is supposed to be good for 90 days or 60 gallons. However, if you don't filter 60 gallons of water in ninety days, you still get an alert on the pitcher itself (flashing orange light) and on your phone (via the LARQ app) that the FILTER IS DEPLETED. I start getting these alerts at around 30 gallons (see picture) as I approach the 90 day limit. So the question is: do I still have functioning filter capacity left? I should, because I haven't reached 60 gallons, yet the unit and app are telling me, multiple times a day, that my filter is depleted. If I was filtering just for chlorine or something affecting taste, no big deal, but I'm filtering to remove PSAS and PFOS Forever Chemicals: much bigger deal.Resolving the confusion over functional filter life boils down to Customer Service, which at LARQ, is close to zero, none-at-all.First, there is no way to talk to a real person. Email only. The website states you can expect a response in 24 hours. Every single email I've sent to customer service gets an instant reply that states: "We are experiencing higher than usual volume, so please expect longer than usual wait times. Don't worry, a very real human will respond to your inquiry as soon as we're able!" Well, if they respond, it's usually in a week or more, and just as often not at all, resulting in having to send multiple emails about the same issue.Responses to my confusion/confidence regarding filter capacity (60 gallons vs 90 days), is always an email that states (copy line from the website): "Depending on your household and local water quality, the LARQ filter should last up to 3 months of use or filter up to 60 gallons (227 liters) of water:” This response does not really answer my question without making some assumptive interpretations. If I'm being cynical, this is a good ploy to get everyone NOT FILTERING 60 gallons of water within 90 days or less, to replace the $24 Advanced Filter more often than needed, out of an abundance of caution, due to the incessant Filter Alert warning. In my case, twice as often. Or, it's a design flaw in the software that starts sending out alerts that the filter is depleted at 90 days or 60 gallons, whichever comes first, when, in fact, the filter is not depleted, as I've only filtered 30-37 gallons of water. But I don't know for sure, because the only clarification I get from Customer Service is a copy line about filter life from the website. The ability to speak with a real person would clarify the issue in less than 30 seconds.Frustrating. A little customer service would go a long way. This appears to be a quality product that deserves better customer service. Now that my confidence is shaken however, I am going to have my LARQ filtered water tested to see if this LARQ Pitcher PureVis Monaco Blue (Advanced Filter) is really filtering out all that it claims to.
