Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.

I was recently in Tuscany and visited a 300 year old olive oil factory. The owners served us a wonderful lunch in their garden. One course was spaghetti with olive oil and pecorino cheese. It was so simple and delicious. When we asked what kind of pasta they served, the owner brought out this package. The Italian semolina flour used in this pasta is what makes this so great. I was excited to find that I could order it in the U.S...and what could be easier than on Amazon.
Great product, flavor, and as it’s from Italy, higher quality wheat is used. An excellent choice for anyone wanting quality pasta free of the glyphosate often found in US durum wheat.
We visited the Martelli factory in Lari. It was peopled by family, friends and longtime colleagues who were very proud of their products. We bought a few packages - we should have bought more! Glad that Amazon makes it available. Expensive! But available.
Hands down, this is the best spaghetti you will ever eat. I originally purchased this in Boston's North End, but have been unable to find it. I lucked out about a year ago and picked up a package at Homegoods, but finally broke down and purchased more online. It may seem pricey for pasta, but if you enjoy cooking and appreciate fine food, you won't be disappointed.
