Our complete turkey dinner includes all the food you need to knock your Thanksgiving celebration out of the park. Featuring a premium pre-roasted Willie Bird, the collection contains mashed potatoes, green beans, sweet and savory stuffing, and pumpkin pie – all crafted by hand from the finest ingredients. The pre-made gourmet meal yields 12 servings and is delivered straight to your door, so all you need to do is follow our simple instructions and enjoy.

• Willie Bird Pre-Roasted Whole Turkey: Hailing from a company with 50 years of expertise in free-range turkey farming, this premium bird is of the highest quality. It's roasted to perfection to ensure moist, flavorful meat. (13–16 lb.)
• Classic Mashed Potatoes: You can never have enough mashed potatoes at a holiday meal, and these three trays of whipped potatoes with butter and garlic ensure everyone gets a serving – or two. (3 trays; 96 oz. total)
• Green Bean Almondine: This fresh, tasty dish features premium green beans and crunchy toasted almonds. (3 trays; 90 oz. total)
• Sausage & Cranberry Stuffing: The perfect combination of sweet, tart and savory, this stuffing features chunky seasoned croutons, vegetables, spices, sausage and cranberries. (3 trays; 96 oz. total)
• Pumpkin Pie: Handcrafted by artisan bakers, this pie features a creamy pumpkin custard accented with cinnamon, ginger and cloves baked in a flaky, buttery crust. (9" diam.; 2 lb. 5 oz.)

Receiving Instructions

• Turkey ships fresh with ice packs to arrive chilled. Upon receipt, store unopened in freezer for up to 3 months or in refrigerator for up to 7 days.
• Sides and pie ship frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
• Store unopened sides in freezer for up to 1 year. Once opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 5 days.
• Remove pie from bakery box and store unopened in freezer for up to 1 month or in refrigerator for up to 7 days.

Willie Bird Pre-Roasted Whole Turkey

Thawing Instructions

• If frozen, remove from freezer and thaw completely in refrigerator.

Preparation Instructions

• Turkey is best served warm or at room temperature.
• Remove turkey from refrigerator 1 hour before roasting; do not exceed 1 hour at room temperature. Remove vacuum-sealed bag.
• Preheat oven to 325°F. Place thawed turkey in covered roasting pan or wrap in foil. Heat for approx. 2 1/2 hours or 10–15 minutes per pound.

Classic Mashed Potatoes

Preparation Instructions

• Keep frozen until ready to cook.
• Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove plastic wrap from tray, cover with foil and place on sheet pan.
• Cook for 60–65 minutes or until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 145°F as measured by an instant-read thermometer.
• Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Green Bean Almondine

Preparation Instructions

• Keep frozen until ready to cook.
• Preheat oven to 375°F. Cover tray with foil and cook on center rack for 60–70 minutes or until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 145°F as measured by an instant-read thermometer.
• Remove foil from tray and serve.

Sausage & Cranberry Stuffing

Preparation Instructions

• Keep frozen until ready to cook.
• Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove plastic wrap from tray, cover with foil and place on baking sheet. Cook for 65–70 minutes or until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 155°F as measured by an instant-read thermometer.
• Let rest for 10–15 minutes before serving.

Pumpkin Pie

Thawing Instructions

• Remove from freezer and thaw in refrigerator overnight.

Serving Instructions

• Pie is best served at room temperature.
• Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before serving.
• Store leftovers in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 3 days.

• Willie Bird Pre-Roasted Whole Turkey: Turkey, water, salt, dextrose, sodium phosphate.
• Classic Mashed Potatoes: Potatoes, milk 2% (Grade-A reduced-fat milk, vitamin A palmitate, vitamin D3), unsalted butter, heavy whipping cream, contains 2% or less of: granulated garlic, salt.
• Green Bean Almondine: Green beans, almonds, unsalted butter, contains 2% or less of: black pepper, granulated garlic, salt.
• Sausage & Cranberry Stuffing: Water, breadcrumbs (bleached wheat flour, yeast, sugar, salt), celery, yellow onions, chicken stock (chicken bones, water, carrots, onions, celery), canola oil, pork, dried cranberries (cranberries, sugar, sunflower oil), contains 2% or less of: black pepper, carrots, dried basil, dried parsley, dried thyme, fennel seeds, granulated garlic, onions, oregano, sage, salt.
• Pumpkin Pie: Pumpkin, evaporated milk (milk, sodium phosphate, carrageenan, vitamin D3), granulated sugar, unbleached flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), baking shortening (sustainably produced palm oil, canola oil), eggs, water, vinegar, salt, cinnamon, ground ginger, ground cloves.
