Q: Will this fit a whole chicken?
A: I would say that, in general, this air fryer is not large enough to fit a whole chicken.

Q: Does this air fryer bake as well?
A: Correction to this response from the Cust. Support Team. This model does NOT always have the Roast function. Depends on where you buy it as they make different versions for different Sellers.

Someone is saying you can bake anything (without explaining how as there is no listed cooking fuction) and then the team responds with the list of the cooking functions (that doesn't include baking) without answering the question which I would have to take to mean, "your guess is as good as mine" or "you can try it but we aren't advising anything or without advising how one might try to bake cookies or anything) I would think the true answer is more like you would have to experiment depending on what you're baking.

Q: Do you have to preheat this air fryer before cooking?
A: Preheat of 3 minutes at 350 degrees is recommended. By the time you have the food ready, the preheat is done.

Q: are all the materials it is made of safe and non-toxic?
A: I bought this product and then read about BPA in the product. Is this an issue with Ninja Air Fryers only, or all leading brand Air Fryers have the same issue? Why don't other Fryers have Cal Proposition 65 listed? This is very confusing, please clarify.

Q: can i put frozen french fries in it? ans fry them without thawing out first?
A: Yes and they turn out really well. I got rid of my deep fryer and made Ore-Ida french fries in 10 minutes using this Ninja. Much faster then using the over and a whole lot better tasting and texture

Q: Does this Ninja 4qt AF101 come with the metal rack seen in the video? It is not seen in other pictures or the written details. It was included last year when we bought ours and now want to give it as a gift.
A: Mine DID NOT come with the metal rack! That's the whole reason I went with this one. Not happy!

Q: Can you bake with this? I don't see the word, "bake" on the front but I think the narrative does mention baking.
A: We would like to inform you that this system has 4 cooking functions. They are Air Fry, Roast, Reheat, and Dehydrate.
