My husband laughed at me when I got this. But honestly it really helped. I work on it maybe 30 minutes a day. Right before I go to bed. A little hard to adjust the way you need to sit and relax for it to calibrate you at first, but once you get the hang of it not too bad. You might have to hold it in place while in use. At least that's the case for me. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Other than that it's actually pretty interesting and comfortable. The games are repetitive at first, But after a while you get new games and new levels. So that's cool. I have seen an improvement after having three daughters it is difficult to hold it per se. Especially when I sneeze. It's nice to know you have a progress report on this noticing the improvements. Also has different selections and workouts for you to work on for your preference of need whether that be sexually or like in my case to strengthen yourself for urinary problems. It came in a discreet package. It is beautiful and pink. Easy instructions to understand. Definitely suggest to get yourself a special cleaner for this as it does advise that this can give you yeast infections if not careful cleaning before and after use. All in all I'm satisfied with it. And there's my review. 5 stars

    Beware, and this caught me off guard, this has a battery that is NONCHARGABLE. However it says it should last 5 years. So TBD. If you have lady problems and the money, just get it!

    After a tough pregnancy and tougher delivery- I felt ripped apart. I never had issues controlling my bladder but time with my husband was beyond painful.     My pelvic floor is thankful for this. I was truly skeptical but after only 3 weeks I already seem to be showing some improvements. Physical therapy was pretty invasive for me and I had to take a break and I decided to get this in the meantime to see if I could help myself. I'm glad I did and even just a couple weeks in im showing some improvements in strength and tone and control. I also feel as if my belly is a little more toned but maybe I'm just more confident. I'm going to stick with it and see how much more improvement I can get. The games were almost too hard at first but I'm getting good at them now and even moving on to harder ones. If you are on the fence this doesn't seem to be a joke at all. The controller seems to slide a bit but I have found holding it in with one hand gently helps stabilize it. When I get stronger hopefully that will go away. I had literally zero tone left in my pelvic floor hence why I needed help badly. It is also easy to clean and very light. Seems durable. Make sure to point the antenna towards your phone it can occasionally lose connection if it is off center or moved too much. For reference I'm only able to do the exercises 2 to 3 times a week but even that seems to be helpful.
