This thing works great! The one complaint that I have is that the lid is a "B" to get off, it is tight!! But if that is the only complaint then that is pretty minor; I'd rather have it tight as opposed to flying off during use.

I like that the cup (?) is made of glass - makes it easy to clean and it just looks better. I don’t even take it apart and just stick it on the bottom tack of a dishwasher - no residue is tucked away anywhere (that I can yell) Compared to my last blender, which only had a 3 way toggle (off, on, then some), this thing is a button-pressing paradise. Pulse is all I use though, and it does the job well (there are two power settings). The lid has a spout, which is a nice touch for more precise pouring. Good value, I’d say.
