I'm changing the review because the customer support was the best I've had. They offered a replacement for everything that was broken and a nintendo online 12 month membership for free. Now that I have everything, It works great. It still has some deep surface scratches on the switch itself, but it's fine.

    I have been missing the Wii for years and when I found out about the switch after waiting several months I decided it was worth the splurge. I love the quantity of fitness games available on the device, Zumba, sports, boxing, etc. I of course got the classic Mario Kart too. My friend has the light which is cool but I think the switch is so much better and worth the splurge when it comes to gaming with multiple people or the games that involve activities and standing at a distance. It’s been easy to figure out how to use. Super fun!
