Hi Debora. The Ghost 15 is roomy enough for orthotics. You will always want approx. 1/2 in. of space (a thumbs width) between the end of your big toe and the end of the shoe. This often means sizing up your running shoes 1/2 of a size from what your normal size. Orthotics can take up additional space within the shoe depending on what it is designed for.

how do I wash my ghost 15's?

What is the heel to toe mm diference?

Hi Betty! The midsole drop in the Ghost 15 is 12mm. The stack height in the heel is 24mm and 12mm in the forefoot.

I got the 9.5 Ghost 15, just like the G13 and G11 I have been wearing for years. These 15s definitely are longer! Is that a thing with these new ones? Should I go smaller?

We recommend at least a thumb nail's length between your big toe and the end of the shoe. If you're getting more than that, you may want to consider changing to a smaller size.

Hi Barbi! Our shoes, including the Ghost 15, are designed with the run in mind, but they can work great for many activities! For long periods of standing, we recommend an option with a lot of cushion, like the Glycerin 20 or Glycerin GTS 20. Neutral and GTS refer to the support in the shoe. The GTS version has our GuideRail support system, which is intended to help support runners who overpronate (feet/ankles roll inward). We recommend the neutral model if you do not overpronate.

The fit of the Ghost 15 is a classic fit like most running shoes, whereas the StealthFit is more of a socklike, stretchy material. If you would like to try the Ghost 15, but are worried about being disappointed, we do have a phenomenal return policy which allows you to try our gear out for your normal runs and walks, inside or outside. If it does not work, we offer free pre-paid return labels on orders to send them back within 90 days for worn items and 1 year for unworn items. Are these recommended for use in HIIT classes? Or are they just for road running?

Hi Lia! Our gear, including the Ghost 15 is designed with the run in mind, but they can work great for many activities! One thing to keep in mind is that when used for their intended purpose, performance running shoes have an expected lifespan of about 300-500 miles with regular use. When used as a daily walking shoe or workout shoe rather than specifically for running, the consistent sustained pressure to the mesh and cushioning components can cause the materials to degrade quicker. We recommend regular rotation of a few pairs of good shoes to ensure the highest level of performance.

Hi Joyce! The Ghost 15 features updated cushioning in the midsole - our soft and lighter-weight DNA LOFT v2 cushioning. The insole that comes in the Ghost 15 is not as cushioned as the insole that comes with the Dyad 11, Addiction GTS 15, and Ariel '20, but it is removable if you wish to customize the footbed.

How long are the laces for women’s size 8 ghost 15?
