    This chair is expensive and sadly, this chair is cheaply made. This chair lasted 7 months of light use.

    1)When the chair arrived, the rear support bracket was broken. I thought, no big deal, it was shipped. I reached out and a new bracket was sent out.

    2) A month later, the entire headrest assembly made a loud bang and little pieces flew all over my room. There are springs that took me forever to find. I was able to piece them together and fix it after about two hours but even still it was not 100% secure.

    3) Last, and the last straw, I was barely leaning on my armrest (I weigh 152 pounds) and the armrest failed in an explosive way. Pieces of cheap plastic exploded everywhere and my armrest is completely unusable. I see no way of this even being repaired.

    I would ask for another, but this chair was provided to me through a Veterans retraining program. I wasn’t the purchaser so I don’t even want to go through the hassle.

    I wanted to leave a review for those using their hard earned money and when I looked this up and saw the price I was blown away. Even if it functioned perfectly, I wouldn’t have paid more than $400 for this. There are -much- better options out there for cheaper that won’t catastrophically fail on you.
