    Just over a year after purchase and it won't stay on for more than 5 minutes, no longer how long I charge it. Technically it's still under warranty, but I can't submit a claim without the serial number, and that can only be found on the original packaging. Who keeps that? It's a shame, I liked the product otherwise but the price is not worth it for how long it lasts.

    The original Tango Bullet was awesome, but it finally died. Replaced it with the Tango X and was very disappointed. No power at all in comparison. Maybe it's defective, but according to the return policy, even if it is defective, it's not returnable. We apparently have no recourse.
