    These are certainly providing me with an extra boost of energy that lasts throughout the day. I take one first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and I'm set to go, go, go for the day. I've been powering through my morning workout routines and have plenty of energy throughout the rest of day and well into the evening. I do think that the 500mg dosage is a little high for me and others may find the same to be true. I find myself a little jittery in the afternoon and struggling to wind down at the end of the day. Overall I think this is a high quality supplement that is delivery on it's claim to help boost energy levels I just wish it was offered in a lower dosage. Once I finish the 30 day supply, I'm going to seek out a similar supplement that's closer to the 300mg range in hopes that will be a better balance for my personal needs.

    I'm used to bottles with 240 capsules from bulk supplements so I was a little surprised that this one only contains 30. Moreover, 500mg is also not a large serving compared to competitors that offer larger servings with more capsules at a lower price. I just started taking the supplement and I haven't felt any positive effects yet but also no negative ones. I'm hoping that it will improve my energy levels. The capsules are easy to swallow as they're on the small side but the bottle is much too large for how little capsules it contains (big waste of plastic). The description states that the supplement is manufactured in a cGMP compliant facility.

    NAD declines as we age, but the jury is out on whether a NAD supplement helps. The studies so far are way too small of a size to get excited about, but one might still want to experiment anyway.

    This is a reputable brand of supplements, and they perform fairly well in most 3rd party tests. This bottle is not even 1/4 full, though, making the brand name seem rather silly since this is definitely not in bulk! Most NAD supplements (vs other formats) pass 3rd party testing, so some other reputable brands offer NAD at a more favorable price. I only docked 1/2 star for the pricing since I value getting a reputable brand above all (again, maybe compare other well-established brands).

However, I was disappointed with the quantity; only 30 capsules per bottle feels insufficient, especially considering the price.
