My mind was blown by the beauty this palette creates. So different from our western watercolors, but in a fun, bold way. Colors are rich and creamy and glide so smoothly on the paper. Some say the wells are too shallow, but the are made for large brushes so they very wide. They still have as much pigment as a standard tray. I actually like the size and shape of the palette. If you want to experiment outside the norms, this is a FANTASTIC set.
