The bands are sturdy. Only one band broke while making a bracelet. And it was maybe the third time placing it on the Loom. It comes with instructions. It teaches the children patience and a growth mindset. Did it not work? Let’s figure out what not to do. Guess what, next time, the bracelet is better. This item also gets kids working with their hands - a skill that nowadays is reserved for video game consoles.
Your child will likely need help, but once they understand how to make the bracelets, they will be able to do it on their own. I need to get more bands. The ones that come with the set are enough for the first few days, but you are likely to need a refill if the kids really get into it.
