Awesome
This handheld filtered shower head was very easy to install. It's very nice looking. And it gives very good water pressure. I just really really like it. It is a little hard to twist open to change the filter but it's still an awesome product.

So far loving my new showerhead!
I like the showerhead water pressure. The only thing I wish it had was a switch on the handheld showerhead to pause the water, but other than that, it's perfect.

WATER EXPLODES OUT OF THE SEAMS WITHIN WEEKS
After having the shower head for a couple months water began exploding out of the seams at the sides of the faceplate. I contacted customer service about this and was told it may be a sign that the filter needs to be replaced, this feels like an insane and inconvenient design flaw if that’s really how you tell the filter needs replacing. I think this first instance weakened the integrity of the face plate because after swapping the filter it began exploding again after only 4 weeks this time, I replaced again and it lasted only 3 weeks. I wish I could get a refund but I’m past the 90 day timeline. Multiple other reviews mention this issue so they are aware of this design flaw and haven’t done anything to fix it. :( save your money. Now I need to shop for a new filtered shower head.

Superb Product!
I am experiencing softer skin and hair thanks to Canopy! I love that it’s not a fixed shower head; the versatility of it can’t be beat.

Saved my hair
After recent wildfires drove me out of my home (and far from my beloved water softener), my hair got fried with the hard water at my temporary home. I had to cut my long hair to chin length becauseit turned to straw. Now, with the Canopy filter, my hair (and skin) are soft again!

Love it!
It wonderful. The black color looks beautiful and water pressure is great, which has always been an issue at my house. It has only been a week so I’m not sure yet about effects on my skin, but my hair already feels a little softer. Highly recommend.

Doesn't Work Well
I've never dealt with hard water before until I moved almost two years ago. I got this filtered showerhead about a year ago to help with it since it has such good reviews. The filter works for about a week and then gets used up. If I wanted this to truly work, I'd have to go through an unreasonable amount of filters. For the price it's not worth it.
