After hearing about these weighted blankets and how they help you get a relaxing good nights sleep. I purchased this for my wife who loves her sleep. First off it is heavy, setting it up in the blanket sleeve was easy though. At first the weight of it felt awkward but my wife ended enjoying it and now sleeps with it all the time. A few cons: it does get hot under the blanket unless you sleep with little to no clothes then It’s bearable. I personally did not like the weight of the blanket on my feet gave me a claustrophobic feeling. Everyone has different sleeping habits it wasn’t for me but my wife has enjoyed it.
