This arrives in a sturdy box. Now, remove the tube and untwist the cap. Under the cap, you will find a large, hearty, silver seal. Pull that away knowing how well your cleanser has been protected.Now, put the cap back on and give this a squeeze. The product might be thicker than you pictured. It seems nicely concentrated. Therefore, start with just a little. You will notice that with a little water, this become very rich and cleans so easily. And, it rinses effortlessly as well.My skin is left very clean and nourished feeling. Count me as a fan!A great product that will last you a while! Highly recommended!

    It's alright? I wouldnt exactly consider this a gentle cleanser but it's also not exfoliating or meant to treat acne either. It smells exactly like dove soap or irish springs.

    It leaves your face feeling smooth and clean, but a bit too stripping for me to consider gentle. If you use a moisturizer after though, it's more than fine.

    I'd say this is for someone who's not trying to treat any skin conditions like acne but looking for a cleanser for non sensitive skin, oily skin.
