These bread pans are seriously amazing. They work so well! I modified my favorite sandwich bread recipe made with sourdough starter so that it would make two loaves in these pans. I haven't bought store bought bread in a year! You might need to alter your recipe to get the right size loaves since these pans are longer and skinnier than regular bread pans, but once you figure it out, you'll be set! I've had these pans for 14 months now. They don't have any rust, I've never had underbaked or overbaked loaves so the heat distributes very evenly. I do move the pans around halfway through baking the bread to ensure they bake evenly. These pans hold a lot of dough! I had to 1.5x my regular recipe to make two of these longer loaves. I get about 23 slices of bread per loaf and I make two loaves per week for our family of six. I make a lot of bread and these pans have held up so well! They still look brand new. I'm so glad I found these as they have helped me to make healthier bread for my husband and children!

Tips for converting Cake Pan recipes to a Pullman Pan -
Use a 9" x 9" x 4" Pullman Pan and follow a standard cake recipe which makes about 6 cups of batter and is equivalent to:
- 9" - 10" Tube pan
- 9" x 13" Rectangular pan
- three 8" Rounds
- two 9" Rounds
DO YOU NEED A LID?
- YES: for yeasted breads that will rise and push against lid, creating the classic square corners
- NO: quick bread that won’t "mushroom" over the top of the pan, just results in a nice tall loaf. But using a lid shouldn’t hurt!

- The Small Pullman Pan measures 9" x 4" x 4" and holds recipes with 3 to 4 cups of FLOUR
- Rye Bread? Sure! For Loose or Slack Dough, don’t add more flour, use the tall-sided 9 x 4 x 4 Pullman Pan to give the dough something to lean on during rising and baking
- Use the lid with your Pullman Pan to eliminate gaps between bread and filling in your swirl breads; using the lid for yeasted breads helps create close grain breads with no air pockets

Love these pans! Need shipped better though!
Absolutely love these pans for making sandwich bread! The only complaint I have is the set is shipped with no protection. When I received my pans, one pan had a dented corner. This made it impossible to open the pan or take the lid off without trying to straighten out the metal. We ordered a replacement set and it was the same thing, one pan was bent in the exact same spot. So we returned the 2 bent ones together and finally got 2 unbent ones. This is obviously a common issue though or we wouldn't havhle had the same issue in the exact same spot, twice.

I love these pans so much! My current USA pan collection includes a set of LARGE pans with lids, the smaller loaf set with lids, and lidless bread pan used for quick breads. I LOVE THEM ALL! The lids can fit quite tightly, especially when you initially open them, over time I believe the smaller ones have become easier to use, while still maintaining integrity. I just used the large pans for the first time, and they are PERFECT for my recipe, just what I was hoping for!

Le carton… trip fragile, les moules n'étaient pas bien emballés. Il n’avait même pas des papiers ou papier bulles autour des moules.
