Poor product and vendor
I purchased these slipper in January 2024 in April 2024 they were ripping at the seams. I was out the Amazon return windows so I contacted the company , Vionic, directly via email for a refund or replacement. I send the photos along with the email. Over a week passed with no replay from the company. I contacted Amazon customer support and they graciously gave me a refund but charged me a $20 restocking fee since I was outside the return window. I would not do business with Vionic; the slippers are poorly made with cheap materials and the Vionic customer support is unresponsive. Look elsewhere.

    This was the 2nd pair of these slippers. Had to order a whole size larger than he usually wears since the first pair (same ones in size 8.5 from another seller & returned) were too short and too narrow. But the larger 9.5 fits well and is very comfortable per my 87 year old father. So this style seems to run small, even though it stated to order usual shoe size.

    What a big difference between the pair of Vionic moc slippers I've used for about 10 years to the slippers I just returned. The returned ones (same size as old ones) were way too tight so as to hurt my feet after struggling to put them on. The arch support was removable vs my old pair which was fixed and very comfortable. I am disappointed in the construction of these as slippers as the comfort of my feet are more important to me. Sorry Vionic, you are no longer my go to for foot comfort. Also your price was too high to pay for discomfort.
