We have a 60 day returns period from the date of delivery.

Exchanges are 100% free no matter the condition of the footwear. You can exchange size, colour, and style for free.

We also offer free returns for store credit no matter the condition.

For all refunds — no matter the condition — the refund is a product refund less the return postage cost.

The postage cost is based on the fees that the courier charges us and is therefore subject to change. It includes full door-to-door tracking plus refunds are automatically processed once the shipping label info is in the system.

SO comfortable, and look great on feet too!

These really are as comfortable as everyone is saying. I purchased them mainly because I like their looks (in white) and they come in a size big enough for me (Men's US14), but was skeptical on the comfort claims. Boy was I wrong! They are soooooooo comfortable! So my wife bought a pair too! And she loves hers also.
