How does Pep work?
Inside Pep, a small but powerful motor spins a metal weight to produce a rumbly vibration. The motor, contained in a small capsule, is surrounded by a layer of squishy silicone. All of the internals are wrapped in a waterproof silicone skin.

Can you use Pep during missionary or during penetrative sex?

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any items that have been opened, used, or have a broken packaging seal.

As a small business, we appreciate you prioritizing the safety of our team given the intimate nature of our products.

For unused, unopened merchandise we offer a refund for the purchase price of the item, minus the cost of return shipping, within 30 days of purchase. 

Refunds are provided once the item has been received by our warehouse and confirmed as unopened. Please allow at least 14 business days for returns to be received and processed. To return your unused item, please email hello@unboundbabes.com and we'll help you with the return process.
