Springs evident and uncomfortable on sofa bed

Whilst this initially a very comfortable sofa and easy to use sofa bed although only used for that onto short occasions.
Over the last four months the springs on one side of the seat where the extended area is have protruded and our visibly and physically evident making the sofa at that end completely unusable as it is so uncomfortable.
Whilst I bought this item as an ex display model I would still not have expected this kind of degradation in such a short time of less than 18 months.
I would appreciate this being rectified as a third of the sofa is currently unusable.

Not the quality I expected overall

I'm giving this two stars only because yes, the colour is more or less what you receive when you order the fabric sample (*I got the olive green and it is pretty nice in person), and yes, it does what it says which is convert into a bed...however, the overall quality leaves a bit to be desired.
It did not arrive with all of the assembly parts needed and I have yet to receive confirmation that my replacement assembly pack is being sent my way. The bolts they provide are insufficiently long when it comes to connecting the two main parts of the L shape. They provide two bolts only which are supposed to connect two large and fairly wide parts of the sofa --- these are not enough to be able to properly secure it. Even though there are 4 holes, so quite clearly two additional bolts should have been included for this step of the assembly process. It just makes the overall sofa feel a bit flimsy and like it won't last over time.
On top I noticed they added a 20% price cut just after I paid the previous full price, which isn't great. So for my first experience purchasing from Dreams, and in fact my first big furniture item purchase (I'm a first time home owner) this is pretty disappointing.

Nice colour, not so comfy

Feels more like sitting on a bed than a sofa, so we found it a bit bouncy and uncomfortable. It was also too big to fit in the space we have, but the colour is great if you have other matching/complimenting colours in the space.

Broken after 3 years

I've really loved the sofa, but am on my 3rd year now and the springs in the sofa have moved and u can feel them now when sitting on it. Its just me and my bf mostly that use it and we don't have people over very often. So i wouldn't recommend it for long term use.

Not recommended at all

We bought this sofa bed nearly four years ago and used it frequently. For one year, we weren't even living in our flat, so it wasn’t in use the whole time. To make a long story short—the foam is ruined! You can feel the springs pressing into you whenever you sit or lie on it. I reached out to them for help, as the sofa supposedly has a 10-year warranty. Their technician came out and pointed out two things: first, they had forgotten to send us a fifth leg that was supposed to go in the middle for support, and second, they refused to cover the issue under warranty. To top it off, he cut open the back to inspect it, only to confirm that the foam and materials used are of poor quality. Overall, I am very disappointed with this purchase. Not recommended at all!
