    I bought this 12/30/24 and only used it on vacations. I used it the first time in Feb. '25 and the 5th or so time on 3/28/25. When I was charging it the last time it got very HOT and smelled like it was burning. It also had a dent on the case now. I'm lucky it didn'dt explode!!! It's after the 30 day return time, but I would assume there is a min. of a 1 year warranty. I've tried contacting the manufacturer several times by phone, to only get hung up on in under a min. stating they are sorry they missed my call during business hours. I then emailed them and am still waiting for a response.***UPDATE+++Definitely 5 stars for customer service. Though I never got through on the phone during business hours, they were PROMPT in responding via email. I am between vacations (5 days) and they are getting a new one to me before I leave!!! That's GREAT customer service. I only use these on vacation.

      I really enjoy this product; it has saved me many times. It’s very lightweight, has good battery life, and is quite durable. It once got soaked in water, and after letting it air dry, it worked perfectly fine. I also like the paws on it, as they help me easily track its charge level. The only downside is that it takes a while to charge, but overall, it’s still amazing.

The ad reply by its AI robot read " this power bank has a capacity of 10000mAh or 37Wh, which equates to about 37 watts." I noticed they sell two sizes. Mine is the thin but longer of the two. Seems the have it in different colors. I think it even looks cool.

      These are fantastic and I have found will do about 2.5 full iPhone charges. Great value for money, as I’ve had mine for about 5 years now and no issues/loss of battery.

      Have bought these for numerous friends as well as colleagues over the years as a backup/storm safety or for just getting caught short on the road without charging capabilities for usb-based kit/phones. Zero complaints from any of them.

      Has 2 standard usb ports you can use at the same time, charges with usb-c. The usb-c port doesn’t appear to work for anything but charging up the battery itself. Comes with a ‘cute’ little pouch which can hold the charging cable that comes with when not in use (I’d have lost mine a thousand times over without it). Not sure I’ve ever used the flashlight function (why bother when you can use the phone it is charging?)

      I received the product today and it definitely works to charge my phone. I like its compact size. It is a good weight and was charged at 60% out of the box. I saw a review from someone who said they had to ask for a new one because the power bank itself wouldn’t charge over 60%. After testing it out of the box to see if it could charge my phone, I decided to plug the battery back to charge up it to see if it would charge above 60%. It does! It is now at 80% charged and charging to 100%. Took maybe a couple of hours. So far this is looking like a solid portable power bank.

      Update: the battery pack charged to 100% after about 3 or 4 hours

      Works very well! I charged one phone from 30% to 80% in about 45 minutes. Then I charged my other phone from 55% to 85% in about another 30 minutes. After that the battery pack still had about 40% charge left. This is a very thin and light 10,000 mah battery pack. One of the best I’ve used so far. And I’ve purchased and tried many like this, it is hands down one of the best I’ve used so far. I purchased another one because of the quality. And the price can’t be beat right now either.
