      Phones really good value and contained all the parts stated even though it was reconditioned. All aspects work to the manufacturer standards. The phone is pretty buggy though, no fault of the seller, there is a lot of issues such as camera not loading, Bluetooth issues mainly for BLE not headphones or cars, the software is prob the worst managed by Lenovo (Owners of Moto). You do get a lot for your money and if you don't mind software issues or glitches you'll find this a good phone, quick enough for games, maps, web and daily stuff. Just take note that in terms of software that's where this family of phones are poor. Really good service from the seller .

      To be fair, I have spoken with another user of an identical phone who has not experienced this sms restart issue.

      This morning I received an email from Motorola to confirm that they will refund the faulty device. I've therefore added one star for good customer service.

      Original review:

      I like this phone as it's better than my old G200 5g in every way - except it restarts when sending sms (and it doesn't get sent) and it restarts three or four times when receiving sms (and it eventually is received). I sent the phone in for repairs and was told that this is a known issue and that Motorola in Europe is stumped.

      The screen is great (and I can see it with my polarised sunglasses whether in landscape or portrait, unlike the G200 5g screen that I can't see in landscape), it charges really fast (from 2% to 100% in 26 minutes), I haven't experienced any performance issues (I do however not play any games at all) and the optical zoom can be quite handy.

      I certainly hope that Motorola can figure out a solution for the sms restart issue, otherwise this mostly excellent phone is not fit for purpose.
