obsessed is an understatement. this clock is so much more than just a clock, and it checks SO many boxes for me.
first of all, i love cute, aesthetic pieces for my room. big check there.
secondly, as a wfh entrepreneur, i love staying on a schedule, waking up and going to sleep at a decent time so that my days are full and productive. the two-phase alarm and the night signal help so much with that. check, check.
thirdly, i’m a major doom-scroller, and i often stay up way too late bc i’m glued to my phone. my loftie allows me to keep my phone in another room so that this is no longer an issue. check.
and what’s more, the loftie has a soft nightlight, white noise, nature sounds, guided meditations, breathwork, stories, and so much more. there’s really nothing it can’t do 😂🤍
all of that to say, i love it so much, and i’m strongly considering getting the lamp next bc i’m positive i’ll love it too 🥹

Sweet sounds, nice wake.
Wow! I've had this for two nights and mornings now. The sound quality is awesome, the interface is really great and the font and screen brightness are really dialed in just right. There are a TON of wake up sounds, relaxation sounds, white/brown/pink/running water/forest type sounds, as well as more interesting playlists of sleep stories, classical music, etc. There is a lot of material here. A big highlight are the gong sounds and a buried gem of a sleep story called DOG about turning into a dog. I woke up to gongs. Felt like I had slept in one of those fancy Airbnbs. It plugs in via a very secure USB-C connector, and also contains a rechargeable battery so you can travel with it, or if you lose power, it doesn't die. I truly feel comfortable leaving my phone in the other room now, which has kept me from doomscrolling while ensuring that I will not miss my alarm. Good for fans of : N.O.W. by SOLU, Zen alarm clock, etc. You don't need to subscribe to their subscription service to use the clock. It seems there are some additional cool features, and i'm sure they are great. there is a LOT of functionality, sounds, and relaxation / ambient features contained in the clock already that will probably be just fine for most users. i'm sure the additional stuff is cool, but don't be intimidated that the device needs these subscription features for you to get a great experience from it. Needs improvement: There should be a manual mode for setting time and initializing the clock without having a phone or app to do the initial setup. It doesn't seem to fit with the target audience, but this is a minor issue. I set the clock up with my phone and then turned off all the wifi and bluetooth features and never needed them again. It isn't clear how long it will last on battery, but I don't really see that being an issue.

You don't need to subscribe to their subscription service to use the clock.
