Our Flexible Turner has a flexible spring-steel head, perfect for flipping fish filets or omelets while keeping these delicate foods intact. Also great for lifting cookies off a cookie sheet without breaking them.

Ergonomically designed to fit the palm comfortably and softly, the pressure-absorbing processed rubber handle puts less tension on the hands, while providing an outstanding grip. Made from the same material as dishwasher gaskets are constructed of, the handles are slip-proof, wet or dry, as well as dishwasher-safe. Love the thinness HATE the quality
I was so excited when I found these thin spatulas a couple of years ago that I immediately bought two. Both lasted about 6 months and I bought 2 more which also lasted 6 months. Just wore out my 6th in about a 2 or 2 1/2 yr period. I think I'm done even though they were the exact thinness I like for flipping delicate things like eggs. There must be a better way to combine the handle to the thin blade. I'd be willing to pay more for something that would last.
