Stapi is a red bitter non alcoholic aperitif. It’s fairly obscure outside of Italy but it’s a refreshing option for a non alcoholic pick me up.

We often have our Stapi in a tall glass with lots of ice, Seedlip Spice 94 and touch of San Pellegrino Arancita Rossa (Blood Orange) Soda - for a refreshing alternative to an alcoholic spritzer around dusk.
