Why We Like The Coldfront Down Jacket

From the weekly grind through our weekend play, the Coldfront Jacket is there protecting us from frigid temps. Filled with both down and synthetic insulation, this puffer is doubly armored to fight old man winter. For that triple-threat status, its tightly woven fibers help insulate while resisting gusts and drizzles, keeping us toasty through wintry commutes and atop blustery ridgelines.

So warm!

Familiarity:

My husband bought the bright green one for me, and I love it so much! It's very soft and lightweight, but soooo warm. I walk the dog in it when it's cold and windy outside, and I can't feel the wind through it at all. The color is a fun switch from the usual black or grey puffers. I'm a size 14-16, and the XL is roomy but not shapeless on me.

I am super picky about my outerwear and have been eyeing this jacket for a while. I got it in the yellow sized medium and it is just what i wanted. The fit is perfect. I'm 5'5 and 130lb and it gives me a little room to move but doesn't look overwhelming. It is warm and comfortable. It was the coat that I chose to take on a trip to Europe to wear everyday in a bunch of different weather conditions. I layered in with a shell on top when it was pouring rain - thanks climate change :( And the yellow is fun and gets tons of compliments. This one is a winner.

Warmth without sacrifice

I love the Coldfront Down jackets that OR has been putting out recently. (So much so, I own two different styles.) This jacket specifically combines my top two necessities, warmth and functionality, without sacrificing style. I can wear this to the office, around the winter bonfire, or for a night out on the town. Been recommending this to friends who want a comfortable, warm, and good looking down jacket.

Very good looking jacket

Very warm and also waterproof I believe... Keeps me warm and is much nicer than all the other people I see skiing with jackets...

Tree line color is beautiful and I love the the look of the button closure. Even though there is no hood the collar stays up and keeps me warm. Medium was too roomy for me so I exchanged for a small and even on my longer body it wasn't too short. Also love the wrist gators and fleece lined pockets.

so puffy!

This jacket is so puffy. If you put it on when you are warm, it stays pretty warm. I enjoy the style that has no hood and the thumb holders on the sleeves.

Love this jacket

This is the coziest jacket. I got a small and normally would get a medium in OR. I'm glad I sized down because these do run a little big. The color is why I had to have. Yellow is poppin'

This fits quite nice and is so puffy. I enjoy the coats puffiness. I like the collar. It seems to be very warm so far too.
