    It is a very nice handheld unit and much sturdier than I expected for the price… But it was a waterpolo… And is the high quality you would expect from waterpik.
    The hose is also longer than some other models so not only is it good for showering but when you wash the shower walls and doors it’s really nice to rinse off the cleaner. The pulse option feels great on your back and shoulders after a hard day of gardening!
    They also had great customer service… So if you have any questions during installation they were truly a delight to speak with.

    Our older shower head began leaking, the Waterpik unit seemed closest to it in regard to variety of settings. Indeed, the several settings on the Waterpik are all good and enjoyable with excellent pressure. In terms of performance we are quite satisfied. That said, it feels a little flimsy compared to our prior metal unit. Also, the white braided plastic hose is not very attractive, nor is it as flexible as the metal hose on our prior unit. Time will tell about durability. Frankly, the prices of high end metal heads have become exorbitant (some over $600) for what one gets, hence our choice of the Waterpik which is a reasonable price and appears generally well made.

    I bought for this for my family members' homes, and they love it too!!!
    Definitely would recommend and worth the money. UPDATE: I had used my old set up that attaches the hose to the spiget, when I used the set up from this set, I discovered it had a lowflow filter in it. I had to remove it because almost no water came out of the sprayer. After it was removed, all was great again.

    After my years-old Shower Massage developed a crack/leak, I searched for a replacement. A different brand from a big warehouse store (at twice the pice) was unsatisfactory--it's 4.5-inch diameter head gave pressure too low to wash away soap from my skin and shampoo from my hair--so I returned to WaterPik in hopes that this PowerPulse model would deliver water with force equivalent to the old ShowerMassage. Yes! It has a 3-inch diameter head, so same flow over a narrower area gives excellent strength of spray. Very happy with this and other WaterPik products.
    Note added after two weeks of use: I agree with other reviewers that the hose is not flexible enough, and at 5 feet in length, it is not as good as the 6 foot hose that came with the old style. I replaced the new hose with the old one, and everything is great again.

    Despite it's nickel appearance this is all plastic. It seems well made. However, I bought this as it is a power pulse model. My other is power spray. The ads claim the power pulse is stronger. But that's not my experience. My other one also has two different massage only settings. This has only one pure massage, the others are combined with jets. Overall a disappointment and I should have just got the same one twice
