I have had a partial shoulder replacement, and a number of sports-related shoulder injuries, so I was hopeful this would help with rounding of my upper back and shoulders. This is a helpful product, especially when worn over at least two layers of clothing (e.g. t-shirt and dress shirt), but that wouldn't look great out and about. I wore it with just a t-shirt, padded the part under the arms, but it still rubs and irritates my skin. I have yet to find a posture support that does not irritate.

The straps are short so the ends velcro directly under the armpit which was very uncomfortable. Also, the back area feels like it rides too high on the back. It shifts higher as you wear it. Had the straps been longer and the pressure if the back piece been lower this would be a better product as when I first put it on I felt it was working.
