My typical brand is Loreal true match N4. I have light skin and some rosacea. I am starting some fluorouracil on my face and read someone used this brand to cover up the sores and whatnot that will appear. It's pricey compared to what I usually spend so I figured it must be good. Looking at the chart and the colors was of no help at all so I actually ordered three different shades and hoped one would work and I would return the other two since returns are so easy with Amazon. I didn't realize one of them was not coming from Amazon and was going to take 3-5 days to get here. Luckily I noticed it and looked more into it because I know returns are harder when they are shipped by third parties. Since this shade I knew I wouldn't even have to try, lightest of the three(15C) I worked on getting the order cancelled since it hadn't shipped yet. I still haven't heard back from the seller but if it comes I'll just return it since I won't need to even open the package and hopefully I won't have any issues getting my refund.So I ordered 15C, 30N and 37N. There wasn't much to choose from the cooler shades so neutral it would have to be. When I took the 30N and 37N out and compared to my usual shade, I almost didn't even try it because the colors were so very different. Both bottles of the Dermablend looked to me to have a lot of yellow to it, compared to my usual brand, and I wasn't even going to try it because I figured there was no way they would actually work. I'm not sure how it all works but the 37N was a perfect color for me. The 30N was still too light and I knew then the 15C was out. I am amazed at how little of this product you need. The directions say 4 drops max. I used 2 drops but since I was only checking how it blended I may need that 3rd drop if I want complete coverage. It blended easily with a brush. I read some people add it to their moisturizer so I tried that on one side and it does thin it out a bit and lightens the color up slightly so maybe on a day where you just want light coverage, you can do that. I may have to update my review after I actually use it for awhile, but my first impression is good and that's why I only gave it 4 stars as of now until I actually use it for awhile.So I actually ended up returning this. Second time using it I literally couldn't get anything from the dropper. I shook the bottle very vigorously thinking maybe it was just too thick. Nothing. Couldn't get a drop from the dropper. Empty bottle? Maybe. I ordered a new bottle from Ulta and I can actually hear the liquid when I shake it.. The dropper is still hard to work with but I can get something from it now. Maybe they need to make a bigger dropper. I am confident this bottle actually has product in it versus the bottle I bought on Amazon.

I am 64 years old with rosacea and all the usual woes that naturally come with aging. I started using Dermablend Flawless Creator foundation in conjunction with Laura Geller Spackle - Skin Perfecting Primer, and suddenly I started receiving all these compliments! One lady asked if I had cosmetic procedures done because my skin looked so wonderful....and that was the moment I became a believer in the power of the right cosmetics. It took several tries to get the right color. Admittedly I am not a fan of the SHADE FINDER because that set me on the wrong path to shades way too light for me. If you know your undertones (Neutral, Cool, Warm) and whether you are light, medium, or dark, then you're pretty much on your way to finding the right shade without all the hooplah. Just ordered two more bottles of this Dermablend foundation and I hope they never change the formula or mess with their colors. It has been YEARS since I stumbled across something that made me feel this pretty, and I never want to let it go again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Where do i begin?! This stuff is magic. Does exactly as it says, provides VERY FULL COVERAGE in an extremely light formula. After application, you really cannot feel this stuff on your skin as you do with other heavier foundations. I was pleasantly surprised to see that this foundation isn't heavy or creamy as you'd expect with traditional foundations, instead its VERY light weight and reacts with the skin more as a tint or fixative, instead of a heavy foundation. It easily blends, and covers with very little use of product, just a drop goes a long way. Im 41 yr old, with combination skin that has been difficult to cover for years. I have age spots, fine lines and wrinkles and dark under eyes. This stuff works on all of it. No more using 3-4 products to cover up each area. I have spent thousands of dollars over the years on very expensive name brand make up, trying to find a product that actually lived up to my expectations.........and Im so glad I finally decided to try Dermablend. Yes, its a little more expensive than even a full coverage MAC foundation, but believe me, its worth every penny!!! Life changer. My new go-to! I cant wait to try more of their products.

Bought it and applied a little on my face. Liked it so I tried it the next day. Couldn’t get any more out of the bottle with the apllicator. I flipped the bottle upside down and held my hand underneath and a few drips came out. It appears that the bottle I bought has been well used and then returned back to Amazon and I bought it next at full price. I went to the manufacturer website and purchased the same bottle (spent less) and had a full bottle (of course.) Buyers beware.

Great foundation; covers acne and hyperpigmentation better than anything else I've tried. The key tip that I have is to blend it with a good moisturizer which makes it go on much smoother and more naturally. If you need extra coverage in some spots then just add a bit more to that spot and it blends "flawlessly" without looking cakey. I use CeraVe ultra-thin daytime SPF moisturizer usually, but it works with most thinner moisturizers.

The Dermablend arrived so quickly, it is labelled with same number. I haven’t opened it yet as I have 1/2 left in my other one. I don’t like to open it & expose to the air before I need it. I have been struggling to find it as the product is not available in Canada any longer in the stores and glad to have it available here.
When you read any reviews of Dermablend, know that all you need to do is dab the end of the dropper on about 5 places on your face and take a small amount of face cream (I use Cetaphil moisturizer) and blend with your fingers- the coverage is great as long as you find your colour, all is good.

There are no products on the market today they compare to the coverage you can get with derma blend. I love this foundation. It goes on nice and then you can control the amount of coverage with the amount of layers you put on. It’s nice and creamy doesn’t look dry and Cakey. it works absolutely fantastic to cover any discoloration. This last summer I actually had a problem with some hyper pigmentation on my forehead and my cheeks due to a hormonal thing and it’s all the required retinol to get rid of it took quite a while for that to happen and it was awful so many times my grandmother for example would tell me I had dirt on my face. Grrrr. A lot of the foundations would just sit there on top of the dry patches from the retinol but the derma blend stayed where it was put it was an obvious an absolutely fantastic product it does what it says it will do. The one issue I have is that the price point is definitely on the high end. So derma blend is sometimes out of reach which is unfortunate because it is such an amazing product. Do keep in mind if you do get it that way you have to invest in the setting spray or the powder to make it last on your skin so it is quite the investment. If you were covering up something major like a tattoo I would go for the cream derma blend. And there is a body derma blend that is awesome for tattoos this one is definitely good for your face and it is also awesome that it does has have an SPF
