Greek extra virgin olive oil is among the finest in the world, containing a multitude of antioxidants—tocopherols, β-carotene, lutein, squalene, lipophilic and hydrophilic phenols. This is the strongest formula we make, with 3x the amount of CBD as Formula I. This formula produces an infused oil that can be herbal with some bitter notes, often a bit too much for many palates. All the same, we wanted to include it because it offers a real bang for your buck. Mellow the flower-forward flavor by slow-roasting at low temperatures to temper the taste of the plant. Tomato confit is wonderful tossed with pasta. If you are short on time, but you still want to eat well, try it drizzled into a bowl of soup. 

In food, as in life, too much harmony breeds boredom. To avoid a pileup of blandness, some counterpoint is needed: something to punctuate the dish to give it shape, like chili oil. Ours is enhanced with CBD and three varieties of chilies blended to create an oil with medium-level heat and a bit of smokiness. Mixed it into tahini, or use it to top sautéed vegetables, finish a soup, over burrata, rice, eggs, beans, or raw oysters. Really, it's good on anything you want to festoon with a subtle fiery spice.
