Love the rug! We purchased the 9*12 in Wynn Ivory. Arrived before its expected date. It looks great! It is as light as pictured. The darker colors are both gray and brown, so you can make it work with virtually any color scheme. The quality of the stitching (my reason for four is stars) & its ability to endure my family of 6 is questionable but, for the price, it can't be beat. I was seeking a neutral rug to add a layered look to my space. This was an excellent choice!

    Ivory 8'6" x 11' 6" is- The rug arrived fast, it is soft, and looks just like the pics. True to size and lays flat. The color is a very light cream white with medium grey and medium beige/tan. In the pics my floor is a cool tone grey for reference.
    If you buy a larger size I would recommend being home when it's delivered. They left it at the front door layed straight out from the door into the yard. I have never seen that before, lol But it would be very obvious for porch pirates ;) The only thing, is for some reason, I expected it to be a chunkier thicker braid. Not a big deal it still looks nice. If you want it to feel thick get a rug pad. I did not as I think its soft enough. I also placed it under my bed so it won't be moving at all. The edges are straight or almost exactly straight. It is handmade. Nothing noticable. No stains. no pulls or snags, It was packaged very well rolled in double layer plastic and cardboard at the ends.     I got this for the kitchen sink area. It is a nice rug for the kitchen or entryway or high traffic area, but it's pretty basic and not a fancy, plush or impactful rug in terms of looks or design, which is not what I wanted for the kitchen anyway. The sides run a bit uneven but that doesn't bother me either. The color ivory is mostly blended with grey and brownish tones so it is more beigey looking overall with the darker threading. It lays flat quickly, mostly the corners curl up which is easy to remedy. It will need something underneath to prevent it from moving though.

    I find this easy to clean with a vacuum and light steaming. It still looks like new since we've received it nearly three months ago.

    To me, it has the appearance of a natural fiber rug but is a much softer feel. In fact, with how soft it feels, I’m surprised it’s sold as indoor/outdoor. I was concerned about that; worried it would be a rough material, but it’s definitely not.

    I have not had to clean anything on it yet, but I’ve read reviews that spot cleaning it is easy, and with the feel of the rug’s material I can imagine that would be true.

    The weave on the one I received is nicely done; no pulls or irregularities. It was packaged very well and rolled out flat except for the very edge (it was lifted a bit but after a few hours, and some walking on it, it now lays flat). This rug lays flat in all areas. The one we got from the other company is a much larger size, and I have noticed there is a little bubble in the center area. It might be due to the fact that we put furniture on it right after laying it, so it didn’t have time to flatten completely. Over time it’s flattening out though. Just something to keep in mind if you choose the larger size.

    We did purchase a rug pad for it. The rug itself isn’t terribly thick, but it’s not thin either. I feel with a nice rug pad it’s the perfect thickness for our needs.

    I have not noticed any shedding from the rug either. I saw many reviews in my search for area rugs (I don’t think any were about this rug) that complained about shedding. So far, I have not seen any of this.

    Another thing to note is that the edges of the rug are not PERFECTLY straight. We have vinyl plank flooring and if you’re looking at the edge of the rug against the lines in the floor, you might notice it. I’m not bothered by it, but others might be (my husband noticed it haha). I still love these rugs and would recommend them!

    This is the second rug we've ordered in this style. I bought another one for the backdoor, and we have one in our entryway. With two large dogs and a 4 season climate, this has been a keeper. This rug is basically bulletproof and helps catch the dirt and debris on our feet in our entryway. The texture and color are nice and hide dirt well. I also like the look.

    This rug made me realize I may have some form of OCD. I tried so hard to make the borders somewhat straight and no matter how much pulling and tugging is done, it is still lopsided and uneven with the perimeter. I tried for hours. If that laid-back and “off” look is what you’re going for, then this rug may be good for you. I am the opposite. Just looking at the rug makes me uncomfortable, like a painting on the wall that is accidentally shifted to be lopsided. All you want to do is adjust it back into place. Unfortunately, with this rug, there is nothing that can be done. I love the color pattern and neutralness of it without it being too plain or boring, but the uneven border is driving me mad.

    Also, it came with multiple scuffs. Luckily, most of them were on the “bottom”. There were two on the top, which I flipped so it was hidden under the bed.

    Even with flipping it, the asymmetrical borders is not working for me. I may have to return this. Also, rug is expensive and I would not have bought it if it weren’t on sale.
